Bei der vom 10. - 14.4.2023 in Bad Kissingen ausgetragenen Bayrischen Jugendeinzelmeisterschaft 2023 war Viktor Ratushnyi mit dem Sieger Moritz Ramming (SK Kelheim; DWZ 1760) punktgleich. Nur die Buchholzwertung verdrängte ihn auf den 2.Platz.
